จากการ External Audit ผลสรุป CAR มีจำนวน 2 CAR ได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว โดยมีข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ของ ISO 14001: 2004 และ OHSAS 18001:2007 มีดังนี้

1). ข้อกำหนด 4.4.6 Operational control
