บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่อง การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของเจ้าหน้าที่ กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อศึกษาสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของเจ้าหน้าที่ กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ วิธีการศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 125 คน สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่
ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านกิจกรรมการพัฒนาองค์การ ด้านกิจกรรมการพัฒนาของพนักงาน ด้านกิจกรรมการพัฒนาอาชีพ และด้านกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม ส่วนด้านกิจกรรมการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อีกทั้งผลการศึกษาในระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของเจ้าหน้าที่ กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการคงอยู่กับองค์การ ด้านความผูกพันด้านจิตใจ และด้านความผูกพันด้านบรรทัดฐาน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของเจ้าหน้าที่ กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 โดยมีระดับของความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r = 0.646)
