ผลการคาดการณ์ปริมาณผู้โดยสารที่ใช้เส้นทางโครงการ โดยแบบจำลองฯ ข้างต้น พบว่า ปริมาณผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางขึ้น (Boarding) ตามสถานีต่างๆ ในปี พ.ศ. 2569 มีประมาณ 7,837,600 คน/ปี และมีค่าปริมาณ ผู้โดยสารบนขบวนรถระหว่างสถานีสูงสุด (Maximum Line Load) ประมาณ 13,800 คน/วัน-ทิศทาง โดยในปี พ.ศ. 2598 ผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางขึ้น (Boarding) ตามสถานีต่างๆ จะมีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นประมาณ 12,619,800 คนเที่ยว/ปี และมีค่าปริมาณผู้โดยสารบนขบวนรถระหว่างสถานีสูงสุด (Maximum Line Load) ประมาณ 22,100 คน/วัน-ทิศทาง (รายละเอียดดังแสดงในตารางที่ 3.2.3.1-1 และตารางที่ 3.2.3.1-2)
