อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 32(7) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการประมง พ.ศ.2490 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จึงประกาศกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้
