งานวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยองค์กรและระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงาน ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านองค์กร กับความสุข ในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท สิงห์บุรีอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ พนักงานบริษัท สิงห์บุรีอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัดจำนวน 52 คน ผู้วิจัยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณาซึ่งค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน วิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยค่าสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ t-test และ one-way ANOVA และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุน้อยกว่า 30 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาอนุปริญญาหรือเทียบเท่า และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 1,0001-15,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ รายได้ต่อเดือน แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผลการศึกษาที่พบว่า ระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน มีความสุขในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยองค์กร มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
