องค์การพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (อพวช.) พิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ ถือได้ว่าเป็นสถานที่จัดแสดงนิทรรศการและกิจกรรมทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่เป็นการสื่อสารความรู้ให้กับผู้เข้าชม ให้เข้าใจสาระทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีได้โดยง่าย และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้
ในชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลคลองหก ในบริเวณเทคโนธานี โดยแยกจากถนนสายรังสิต-นครนายก ไปประมาณ 4 กิโลเมตร สามารถโดยสารรถประจำทางสาย ปอ.1155 สายรังสิต-ฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค-พิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์

นอกจากนี้แล้วยังมี พิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยา ที่จัดแสดงนิทรรศการทางธรรมชาติ และพิพิธภัณฑ์เทคโนโลสารสนเทศ เปิดให้ชมทุกวันอังคาร-วันศุกร์ เวลา 09.00–16.00 น วันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 09.00–17.00 น. ปิดวันจันทร์
