4. ขอบเขตงานและรายละเอียดของงาน
4.1 ขอบเขตงาน
4.1.1 ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการขนย้ายชุด Gear Box จากโรงไฟฟ้าบางปะกงทั้งหมด 3 ตัว ไป Overhaul ณ สถานที่ Work shop ของผู้รับจ้างที่ติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตามมาตรฐาน
4.1.2 ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการเดินเครื่องทดสอบ Gear Box แล้วจึงนำส่งชุด Gear Box กลับมาที่โรงไฟฟ้าบางปะกง หลังซ่อมเสร็จตาม ข้อ 4.2 แล้วนำไปเก็บไว้ที่ กฟผ. กำหนดให้เรียบร้อย
4.1.3 ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ Overhaul Gear Box และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบเองทั้งหมด
4.2 รายละเอียดของงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการ
4.2.1 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการเดินเครื่องทดสอบ (Test Run) ในขณะที่ไม่มี Load (No Load Test) หลัวทำการ Overhaul Gear Box “HANSEN” โดยค่าที่ทำการทดสอบคือ
(1) Vibration ในแนว Horizontal
(2) Vibration ในแนว Vertical
(3) Vibration ในแนว Axial
(4) Temperature ของ Bearing
4.2.2 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรื้อถอดและทำความสะอาดชิ้นส่วนของชุด Gear Box และตรวจสอบสภาพชิ้นส่วนภายในของชุด Gear Box ถ้าพบชิ้นส่วนใดชำรุดหรือไม่อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องแจ้งให้ทาง กฟผ. ทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และต้องนำชิ้นส่วนที่ถอดเปลี่ยนส่งคืนให้ กฟผ. ทั้งหมด พร้อมวิเคราห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
4.2.3 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องเปลี่ยน Spare Part ของ Gear Box และตั้งค่า Clearance ของ Bearing และค่า Backlash ของชุด Bevel Gear Set ตามมาตรฐาน HANSEN ดังต่อไปนี้ให้กับทาง กฟผ.

4.2.5 ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน Overhaul Gear Box และข้อเสนอแนะวิธีการบำรุงรักษา ชุด Gear Box ตามมาตรฐานทั้งหมด จำนวน 3 ฉบับ พร้อมกับ Electronic File ในรูปแบบ CD จำนวน 3 แผ่น มาส่งมอบที่แผนก หบคสก-ฟ. ในวันส่งเอกสารให้คณะกรรมการ กฟผ. ได้ตรวจรับการส่งมอบงานจากผู้รับจ้าง
5. กำหนดดูสภาพอุปกรณ์
เพื่อให้ผู้รับจ้างเสนอราคาได้ถูกต้องหรือใกล้เคียงกับขอบเขตงาน และข้อกำหนดของงาน ผู้เสนอราคาสามารถเข้ารับฟังคำชี้แจงรายละเอียดของงาน และดูสภาพอุปกรณ์ ตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนด กรณีผู้เสนอราคาไม่มาฟังคำชี้แจงและดูอุปกรณ์ ให้ถือเป็นสิทธิ์และประโยชน์ของผู้เสนอราคา



6. หลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาราคา
กฟผ. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาหากผู้เสนอราคาส่งเอกสารในการเสนอราคาไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ถูกต้องตามที่ กฟผ. กำหนด ซึ่งต้องประกอบด้วยเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้
6.1 ให้เสนอราคาตามแบบฟอร์มบัญชีแสดงการคำนวณ ตามเอกสารแนบ 4
6.2 เอกสารหนังสือรับรองผลงาน ตามข้อ 3
หมายเหตุ หากผู้เสนอกราคาไม่แนบเอกสารรับรองระยะเวลารับประกันผลงาน หรือไม่ระบุ

7. กำหนดส่งมอบ
กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบงานภายใน 30 วันนับตั้งแต่วันที่ กฟผ. แจ้งให้ผู้รับจ้างเข้าดำเนินการโดย กฟผ. จะแจ้งให้ทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 3 วัน ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมวันที่ กฟผ. สั่งหยุดงาน (ยกเว้นการสั่งหยุดงานเนื่องจากผู้รับจ้างปฏิบัติงานไม่ถูกต้อง ตามเงื่อนไขของ กฟผ.)
8. การตรวจรับ
คณะกรรมการตรวจรับงาน กฟผ. จะทำการตรวจรับงานตามหัวข้อการตรวจสอบ ดังนี้
8.1 กฟผ. จะเข้าไปตรวจสอบการ Overhaul Gear Box ที่ Work shop ของผู้รับจ้าง ทั้งนี้ผู้รับจ้างต้องแจ้งให้ กฟผ. ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน ก่อนทำการเดินเครื่องทดสอบ (Test Run)
8.2 ผู้รับจ้างต้องตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของ Gear Box ที่ซ่อมก่อนการส่งมอบงาน
8.3 ภายหลังจากทำการตรวจรับงานของผู้รับจ้างแล้ว ถ้าพบจุดที่ซ่อมเกิดชำรุดเสียหายผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการซ่อมแซมใหม่ให้ดีเช่นเดิม
8.4 กฟผ. จะตรวจสอบตามขอบเขตและรายละเอียดของงานตามข้อ 4.
