8. งานบุคลากร
-สรรหา บรรจุ แต่งตั้ง ดูแล พัฒนา
ในปัจจุบันโรงเรียนธรรมโชติศึกษาลัยถือว่าเป็นโรงเรียนที่ยังขาดแคลนครูอยู่มาก ทุกๆปีทางโรงเรียนจะมีการสำรวจว่าในหมวดสาระการเรียนรู้ใดที่ขาดแคลนครู ทางโรงเรียนจะรวบรวมแล้วส่งเรื่องไปเสนอทางหน่วยงาน ทางหน่วยงานก็จะจัดสรรครูเข้ามาทางโรงเรียน ซึ่งโรงเรียนก็จะได้ครูอัตราจ้างเข้ามาสอนเพื่อทดแทนครูที่ขาดแคลน เช่น ครูชาวต่างชาติจะเข้ามาสอนในรายวิชาภาอังกฤษ เป็นต้น นอกจากครูอัตราจ้างแล้วยังมีบุคลากรส่งเสริมการสอน ซึ่งได้แก่ ฝ่ายพัสดุ ฝ่ายห้องสมุด ฝ่ายห้องสืบค้น เป็นต้น และที่สำคัญโรงเรียนมีการจ้าง คนทำความสะอาด คนขับรถ ผู้รักษาความปลอดภัย ซึ่งเรียกว่า ลูกจ้าง ที่ทางโรงเรียนได้จ้างมาดูแลรักษาความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของโรงเรียนเป็นพิเศษอีกด้วย ทั้งนี้ทางโรงเรียนได้ดูแลครูและบุคลากรของโรงเรียนอย่างทั่วถึงและให้ความเท่าเทียมกับครูและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน ทางโรงเรียนมีการจัดการอบรมครูครั้งใหญ่ทั้งโรงเรียนปีละหนึ่งครั้ง และจะมีอบรบย่อยในวันหยุดราชการเพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง นอกจากนี้ทางโรงเรียนมีการอบรมออนไลน์อีกด้วย ส่วนใหญ่จะอบรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและงานที่แต่ละฝ่ายรับผิดชอบ เพื่อให้แต่ละคนพัฒนาตนเองและงานที่รับผิดชอบอยู่เสมอ

โรงเรียนจะรายงานข้อมูลจำนวนนักเรียนแต่ละปีให้กับหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด ซึ่งทางต้นสังกัดจะพิจารณามอบงบประมาณให้กับทางโรงเรียนตามรายหัวของนักเรียนซึ่งทางหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดจะมอบงบประมาณ
-ระดมทุนจากชุมชน
โรงเรียนจะได้รับการบริจาคเงินจากชุมชนสำหรับมอบเป็นทุนการศึกษาแก่นักเรียนในโรงเรียน
-ระดมทุนจากครูในโรงเรียน
ครูในโรงเรียนจะร่วมกันระดมทุนทุกปีเพื่อมอบเป็นทุนการศึกษาให้กับเด็กเรียนดีแต่ยากจน หรือเก็บไว้เป็นงบประมาณสำหรับกิจกรรมต่างๆของโรงเรียน
การแบ่งงบประมาณให้แต่ละฝ่าย
โรงเรียนจะแบ่งฝ่ายการบริหารหลักเป็น 4 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไป ฝ่ายบุคคล ฝ่ายงบประมาณ และฝ่ายวิชาการ ดังนั้นงบประมาณที่ทางโรงเรียนได้รับจะถูกแบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน โดยโรงเรียนจะแบ่งให้ฝ่ายวิชาการ 60% จากงบประมาณทั้งหมด ส่วนฝ่ายอื่นๆโรงเรียนจะแบ่งงบประมาณให้ตามสัดส่วน 15% 15%และ 10% แต่ละฝ่ายก็จะไปบริหารงบประมาณในกิจกรรมต่างๆที่แต่ละฝ่ายรับผิดชอบแล้วรายงายเกี่ยวกับการใช้งบประมาณแต่ละครั้งแก่ฝ่ายบริหารของโรงเรียน
