การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องสารเสพติดของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่เกิดจากการใช้บทเรียนสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง สารเสพติด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างคะแนนทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยแผนการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บทเรียนสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง สารเสพติด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง สารเสพติด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6/4 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนอนุบาลชัยภูมิ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 จำนวน 45 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1)บทเรียนสำเร็จรูป กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา เรื่อง สารเสพติด ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 5 เล่ม 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เป็นแบบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 20 ข้อ 3) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา เรื่อง สารเสพติด ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนจากเอกสารประกอบการเรียนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น
