จากที่ได้เรียนปรึกษาพี่น้อยด้วยวาจา เรื่อการเช็คสต็อค ทาง APB ทุกปีจะมีการเช็คสต็อคก่อนวันหยุดปีใหม่ประมาณ 1 วัน ซึ่งในวันดังกล่าว จะไม่มีการผลิตงานในช่วงกะเช้า และกะดึก โดยจะทำการรวม 2 กะ เพื่อจัดงานปีใหม่ ในวันรุ่งขึ้น เป็นอย่างนี้มาโดยตลอด
แต่ในปีนี้ คาดว่าน่าจะไม่มีการจัดงานปีใหม่ คุณเตียวเห็นว่า ถ้าเช็คสต็อคในวันที่ 28 ธันวาคม 2559 เหมือนทุกปีที่ผ่านมา จะเป็นการเสียกำลังคนที่มาในวันเช็คสต็อค(พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต , รวมทั้งพนักงาน Support เช่น QA ,LW) แต่ไม่มีการผลิตงานในวันดังกล่าว ดังนั้น เห็นสมควรเช็คสต็อคในวันหยุด วันอาทิตย์ที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2559 แทน โดยจ่าย OT ให้กับพนักงานที่มาเช็คสต็อคในวันดังกล่าว ประมาณ 51,700.-บาท และปฏิบัติงานตามปกติในวันที่ 26 – 29 ธันวาคม 2559 ทั้ง 2 กะ
