เป็นงานเทศกาลบอลลูนที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก
จัดขึ้นที่ รัฐนิวเม็กซิโก (New Mexico)ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
เทศกาลนี้ดึงดูดผู้เข้าร่วมงานหลายหมื่นคน
และจะมีบอลลูนรูปทรงต่าง ๆ มาร่วมแสดงโชว์เหนือน่านฟ้าของรัฐนิวเม็กซิโกกว่า 750 ลูก

ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจในสื่อต่างๆเป็นอย่างมาก
และเพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์ เชิญชวนให้ชาวต่างชาติได้มาท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทย เพิ่มมากขึ้น
