โดยมีสมมุติฐานในการดำเนินโครงการ คือ คณะผู้จัดทำโครงการการสร้างเว็บไซต์รอบรู้อาเซียน เพื่อเป็นการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสู่บุคคลทั่วไป และยังเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ อีกทั้งสร้างเว็บไซต์รอบรู้อาเซียน สำหรับครูนักเรียนนักศึกษาและบุคคลทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจ ในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่ายและน่าสนใจศึกษามากยิ่งขึ้น
