การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรบุรีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษมัธยมศึกษาสุพรรบุรี (Questionnaire) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจเช็ครายการ (Cheek list) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรอิสระ (เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาของครูผู้สอน) ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรตาม บทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรบุรี
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรบุรีพบว่า
1. สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามซึ่งเป็นครูผู้สอน พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่กลุ่ม อายุ 31 – 40 ปี รองลงมาอยู่ในช่วงอายุ 41 – 50 ปี อายุ 51 –60 ปี และ น้อยกว่า 30 ปี สำหรับการศึกษาของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่ มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี รองลงมาระดับปริญญาโท ตามลำดับ
2. ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรบุรี
โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนอยู่ระดับมาก อันดับแรกคือ ด้านการย่อย่องเชิดชูครูผู้มีผลงานดีเด่น รองลงมาคือ ด้านการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสอนของครูด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ และด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสอนของครูตามลำดับ
