1.ความเป็นมาของโครงการ
โคมไฟ เป็นอุปกรณ์ใช้สำหรับอ่านหนังสือ แต่ปัจจุบันคนไทยนิยมบางคนนำโคมไฟมา เป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์ตกแต่งบ้านซึ่งโคมไฟจะมีรูปที่แต่งต่างกันออกไปตามแต่วัสดุที่นำมาประดิษฐ์ การผลิตโคมไฟสามารถใช้วัสดุได้หลายชนิด เช่น พลาสติก เหล็ก หรืออะลูมิเนียม ซึ่งมักจะมี ราคาแพง แต่ความเป็นจริงแล้วโคมไฟสามารถผลิตจากวัสดุอย่างอื่นได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น กะลามะพร้าว ไม้หรือส่วนประกอบของต้นไม้ เช่น รากไม้ กิ่งไม้ เป็นต้น
