อุทยานแห่งชาติสิรินาถ เป็นหาดทรายที่มีความยาวต่อเนื่องกันถึง 13 กิโลเมตร ครอบคลุมเนื้อที่ 56,250 ไร่ โดยเริ่มจาก "หาดในทอน" ใช้เส้นทางไปอุทยานฯ เลี้ยวซ้ายที่หลักกิโลเมตร 21 - 22 เมื่อถึงทางแยกเข้าบ้านสาคู เลี้ยวซ้ายไปประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร หาดในทอน เป็นเวิ้งอ่าวที่งามแปลกตาทอดโค้งจากตัวเกาะเป็นที่กำบังคลื่นลมได้อย่างดี และเป็นหาดที่เงียบสงบ เหมาะสำหรับการเล่นน้ำ

"หาดไม้ขาว" หรือ "หาดสนามบิน" ไปตามเส้นทางถนนเทพกษัตรีผ่านทางแยกเข้าสนามบิน ตรงไปทางสะพานสารสินจะมีทางแยกด้านซ้ายมือ มีป้ายบอกทางเข้าหาดไม้ขาว เลี้ยวซ้ายไป 3.5 กิโลเมตร ก็จะถึงหาดไม้ขาว ซึ่งเป็นหาดที่มีจั๊กจั่นทะเลและเต่าทะเลขึ้นมาวางไข่เช่นเดียวกับหาดในยาง

"หาดทรายแก้ว" เป็นหาดทรายขาวทอดยาวขนานกับทิวต้นสนอยู่ถัดจากหาดไม้ขาวไปจนถึงสะพานสารสิน นับเป็นหาดที่อยู่เหนือสุดของเกาะภูเก็ต
