จากการศึกษางานวิจัยและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทำให้ผู้วิจัยได้ข้อค้นพบว่า การบริหารการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนจะประสบความสำเร็จได้จำเป็นต้องมีปัจจัยหลายๆด้านที่มาสนับสนุน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัจจัยภายใจและปัจจัยภายนอก เช่น ปัจจัยด้านการเงิน ปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี/นวัตกรรม ปัจจัยด้านการผลิต ปัจจัยด้านการตลาด เข้ามาสนับสนุนการทำวิสาหกิจชุมชน สิ่งเหล่านี้จะทำให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนสามารถที่จะแข่งขันกับกลุ่มเศรษฐกิจอื่นๆได้และจะนำไปสู่การเป็นวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ได้ในที่สุด
