การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม โดยยกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการสำรวจคือ อาจารย์ บุคลาการและนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามจำนวน500คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาจารย์ บุคลาการ และนักศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดคือ สามารถค้นคว้าข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วน ส่วนรายการอื่นๆอยู่ในระดับมาก
