P6: Expat 1 year , kuala lumpur Malaysia, Ayutthaya Aliianze CP. ปัจจุบัน ลาออกแล้วด้วยเหหุผลที่ว่างานไม่ท้าทายแล้วParticipant กล่าวว่า ลักษณะงานคือทำโปรเจคเกี่ยวกับการขายประกันผ่านธนาคารและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายนั้นได้ใช้ความถนัดช่วยเหลือบริษัทในเครือลักษณะการทำงานกับคนมาเลย์ คือ เค้าจะไม่คุยเล่นในที่ทำงาน เครียด เงียบ เร่งรีบ แต่เป็นคน nice and friendly และที่ได้เรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมคือแขกมาเลย์กับจีนมาเลย์ไม่ค่อยถูกกัน ต้องระวังในการวางตัว แต่คนไทยจะเป็นพวกสนุกสนานแม้อยู่ในระหว่างการทำงานสิ่งที่ได้รับจากการเป็น expat คือ ได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมการทำงานทั้งลูกค้าและmarket ที่ไม่เหมือนของไทย และได้นำความรู้ที่มีไปพัฒนาบริษัทในเครืออีกประเทศนึงและนำความรู้ที่ได้จากประเทศนั้นกลับมาใช้พัฒนาในประเทศเรา ได้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ, profile ของตัวเองดีบริษัทไม่มี training ให้ แต่เคยไปต่างประเทศอยู่แล้วแต่ในระยะสั้นๆ

Note : participant ค่อนข้างกังวลในเรื่องส่วนตัวมากกว่าเรื่องงาน เพราะ complain ปัญหาเรื่อง life style ไม่ชินกับที่อยู่อาศัย การเดินทางไม่สะดวก ไม่มีรถไฟฟ้า ต้องเดินไปทำงาน ค่าครองชีพสูง
