การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างแบบฝึกทักษะทางการเรียนวิชาสังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม เรื่อง ภูมิศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80 / 80 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกทักษะการเรียน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 / 2558 โรงเรียนสกาดพัฒนา อำเภอ ปัว จังหวัด น่าน จำนวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบฝึกทักษะการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ย
