อย่างไรก็ตาม กรุงเทพไม่ได้มีเเต่ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียว เนื่องจากกรุงเทพเป็นเมืองที่มีความเจริญทางด้านการเเพทย์เเละเป็นศูนย์กลางเเห่งการศึกษาของประเทศ มีเเหล่งชอปปิ้งที่หลากหลายเเละราคาถูก
