บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อให้โรงเรียนมีนักเรียนที่เป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อ การไม่สวมหมวกนิรภัยในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ ลดน้อยลง เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความปลอดภัยและเพื่อปลูกจิตสำนึกให้กับนักเรียนในการสวมหมวกนิรภัย และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการสวมหมวกนิรภัยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ทำการศึกษาวิจัย เป็นผู้บาดเจ็บจากการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ทั้งเพศหญิงและชายจำนวน 150 คน ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบไคสแควร์ และพิชเชอร์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้หมวกนิรภัยระดับมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.88 ในภาพรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมในการสวมหมวกนิรภัยอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการสวมหมวกนิรภัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < 0.05) ได้แก่ การมีหมวกนิรภัยเป็นของตนเอง ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการสวมหมวกนิรภัยอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P > 0.05) ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการขับขี่ การเป็นเจ้าของรถ การมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ ประสบการณ์การได้รับอุบัติเหตุ ประสบการณ์การกระทำความผิด และความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับหมวกนิรภัย
ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการรณรงค์ให้ผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการใช้หมวกนิรภัย รวมทั้งส่งเสริมสุขภาพผู้ขับขี่ให้ปลอดภัย ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การป้องกันและลดความรุนแรงจากอุบัติเหตุต่อไป

ABSTRACT
