บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพสูตรอาหารกำจัดหนูจากตาและไข่ของหอยเชอรี่
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสูตรอาหารจากตาและไข่ของหอยเชอรี่ เพื่อกำจัดหนูมีวิธีการทดลองทั้ง 4 สูตร ดังนี้ โดยวิธีทำตอนที่ 1 นำตาหอยเชอรี่จำนวน 100g และ 200g ล้างด้วยน้ำกลั่นแล้วนำมาสกัดด้วยแอลกอฮอลล์ 95% ทิ้งไว้ที่อุณหภูมิห้องเป็นเวลา 3 วันและนำไข่หอยเชอรี่จำนวน 100gและ200g ผสมสูตรอาหารตามที่ต้องการ โดยทลองในระยะเวลา 10,20 และ30 นาที โดยใช้หนูทดลองทั้งหมด 5 ตัวกับสูตรอาหาร 4 สูตรและอีก 1 ตัวเป็นตัวควบคุม
ผลการทดลอง พบว่าจากผลการทดลอง อาการของหนูที่เกิดขึ้นตามช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดพบว่าสูตรอาหารสูตรที่1ทีผสมกับตาหอยเชอรี่ 100g ในเวลา10 นาที มีอาการ จากปกติที่วิ่ง ก็มีอาการซึมเล็กน้อยเริ่มวิ่งช้าลง
ในช่วงเวลา20 นาททีก็มีอาการเพลียวิ่งช้าลงในเวลา 30 นาทีก็เพลียมากขึ้น
สูตรอาหารสูตรที่2ที่ผสมกับตาหอยเชอรี่ 200g ในช่วงเวลา 10 นาที มีอาการเพลียเริ่มวิ่งช้าลงในเวลา 20 นาทีหยุดนิ่ง มีอาการอ่อนเพลียในเวลา 30 นาทีที่มีอาการอ่อนกะปวกกะเปลี้ย
