3. จุดมุ่งหมายในการจะควบคุมกิจการของธุรกิจ ผู้ถือหุ้นต้องการที่จะมีอำนาจเหนือผู้ถือหุ้นอื่นๆเพื่อใช้อำนาจนั้นในการควบคุมกิจการของบริษัท หรือเพื่อใช้ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกิจการของบริษัท
