บทคัดย่อ
รายงานเรื่อง “ ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต
ที่มีต่อน้ำพริกอ่อง ”
น้ำพริกอ่อง เป็นน้ำพริกพื้นบ้านของทางภาคเหนือ รู้จักแพร่หลายกันเป็นอย่างดี สีสรร
ของน้ำพริกอ่อง น่ารับประทาน มีเนื้อหมูประกอบในน้ำพริก รสชาติออก เค็ม เผ็ดเล็กน้อย มีรสหวาน อมเปรี้ยวจากมะเขือเทศ ทำให้ปัจจุบันน้ำพริกอ่องเป็นที่ขึ้นชื่อ คณะผู้จัดทำจึงมีความสนใจจะรายงานเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่มีต่อน้ำพริกอ่อง” โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน ๓๐ คน มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ซึ่งได้ผลดังนี้ นักศึกษารู้จักน้ำพริกอ่องผ่านทางครอบครัวมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ ๘๐ และนักศึกษารับประทานน้ำพริกอ่องกับแคบหมูมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ ๔๖.๖๗ และนักศึกษารับประทานน้ำพริกอ่องในช่วงเวลาเย็นมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ ๖๐ และนักศึกษารับประทานน้ำพริกอ่องกับครอบครัวมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ ๗๐ และนักศึกษาคิดว่าราที่เหมาะสมในการซื้อน้ำพริกอ่องมากที่สุดคือ ๒๕ บาทคิดเป็นร้อยละ๕๖.๖๗ และนักศึกษาปัจจัยที่นักศึกษาให้ความสำคัญในการซื้อน้ำพริกอ่องมากที่สุดคือรสชาติคิดเป็นร้อยละ๗๖.๖๗ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่นักศึกษาต้องการซื้อเมื่อเห็นผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำพริกอ่องมากที่สุดคือกระปุกพลาสติกคิดเป็นร้อยละ ๕๐ และนักศึกษาทั้งหมดมีความเห็นว่าน้ำพริกอ่องเป็นน้ำพริกที่ขึ้นชื่อของทางภาคเหนือ ทำให้ทราบว่านักศึกษาสนใจในน้ำพริกอ่องในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากแต่มีความสนใจในวิธีการทำน้ำพริกอ่องมากที่สุด
