การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลจากการฝึกทักษะการเล่นลูกสองมือล่าง (Underball) ในกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง(Purposive sampling) เป็นเพศหญิงที่มีทักษะการเล่นลูกสองมือล่าง (Underball) ได้ไม่เกินเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 10 คน จากนั้น ทำการฝึกเป็นระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ ละ 3 วัน เก็บข้อมูลโดยทำการทดสอบการฝึกการเล่นลูกสองมือล่าง (Underball) ก่อนการฝึก (Pre - test) และหลังการฝึก (Post - test) 6 สัปดาห์จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐานร้อยละการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างภายในกลุ่ม ระหว่างก่อนการฝึก (Pre - test) และหลังการฝึก (Post - test) ด้วยสถิติ (dependent t – test ) และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของทักษะการเล่นลูกสองมือล่าง (Underball) ทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
จากการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดสอบกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ฝึกตามโปรแกรม มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง หลังจากการฝึก 6 สัปดาห์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
