การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการสถานบันเทิงของวัยรุ่นในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกกับวัยรุ่นที่มาเที่ยวสถานบันเทิงในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 319 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการสถานบันเทิงของวัยรุ่นในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Arithmetic Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าความถี่ (Frequency)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.6 ฽เป็นนักศึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.1 มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.1 และมีค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 5,000-10,000บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.1 ซึ่งชอบไปใช้บริการสถานบันเทิง The Reflex Pub โดยเข้าใช้บริการ 2 – 3 สัปดาห์ต่อครั้ง ในช่วงวันเสาร์ – อาทิตย์ เวลาประมาณ 21.00 – 23.00 น. ซึ่งไปกับเพื่อนสนิทครั้งละ 3 - 4 คน โดยที่เสียค่าจ่ายในสถานบันเทิงครั้งละประมาณ 201 – 300 บาท ซึ่งเงินที่ใช้จ่ายนั้นมาจากเงินเดือน ส่วนเรื่องการแต่งกายนั้นชอบแต่งกายเรียบง่าย เช่น กางเกงยีนส์และเสื้อยืด และเดินทางไปใช้บริการสถานบันเทิงโดยรถมอเตอร์ไซด์ เมื่ออยู่ในสถานบันเทิง ส่วนใหญ่ชอบฟังเพลง สั่งเครื่องดื่มประเภทสุรา และชอบเฉลี่ยกันจ่ายเงิน ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางการตลาดบริการในการเลือกใช้บริการสถานบันเทิง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อแยกพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
