การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบย้อนหลังมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราการปฏิเสธภาพรังสีและสาเหตุการการปฏิเสธภาพรังสีในระบบ Digital Radiography กลุ่มงานรังสีวิทยา โรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือภาพรังสีที่ถูกปฏิเสธไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ การเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูล ทั้งจาก ภาพรังสีทั่วไป (Plain film) และ การตรวจพิเศษ (Special case) ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ 2557 ถึง เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ 2558 โดยกำหนดสาเหตุการปฏิเสธไว้ในซอฟแวร์ เครื่องเอกซเรย์ดิจิทัลล่วงหน้า หากมีภาพรังสีถูกปฏิเสธต้องเลือกสาเหตุการปฏิเสธก่อนถึงจะทำการถ่ายภาพรังสีภาพต่อไปได้
