Leaders in organization are those who set directions and influence employees to work for a common goal and follow their directions. So I think leader is a person who has following traits; good listener, honesty, humility, visionary, decisiveness, risk-taking, inspiring, empowering, clear vision and purpose, understanding of the business and so on. I believe that either a person is a leader or he is not a leader. Good or bad does not exist.
