มาตรา ๒๘ บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยมีหน้าที่ให้ความร่วมมือแก่ตำรวจซึ่งมียศตั้งแต่
ร้อยตำรวจตรีขึ้นไปที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าสถานีตำรวจในท้องที่ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของบริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัย
หรือสถานที่ที่บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยนั้นรับผิดชอบรักษาความปลอดภัย ตามข้อกำหนดในสัญญาจ้าง
ในการขอเข้าตรวจดูข้อมูลบันทึกเหตุการณ์ประจำวันเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในบริเวณ
หรือสถานที่ที่รับผิดชอบรักษาความปลอดภัยดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการวางแผนจัดการรักษา
ความสงบเรียบร้อย และความปลอดภัยในชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือทรัพย์สิน
มาตรา ๒๙ เมื่อได้รับแจ้งจากพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับข้อมูล
อาชญากรรม เบาะแสคนร้าย หรือการกระทำความผิดอาญาที่เกิดขึ้นหรือเชื่อว่าเกิดขึ้นภายในบริเวณ
หรือสถานที่ที่รับผิดชอบรักษาความปลอดภัย ให้บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยแจ้งให้พนักงานฝ่ายปกครอง
หรือตำรวจที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำอยู่ในท้องที่ที่สถานที่รักษาความปลอดภัยนั้นตั้งอยู่ในทันที
มาตรา ๓๐ ให้บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยจัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย
รับอนุญาต ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจรักษาความปลอดภัย
ในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาต ให้บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัย
จัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตที่เป็นปัจจุบันยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสิบห้าวัน
นับแต่วันที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
บัญชีรายชื่อพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตต้องมีรายการเกี่ยวกับประวัติของพนักงานดังกล่าว
ทั้งนี้ แบบบัญชีรายชื่อและวิธีการยื่นบัญชี ให้เป็นไปตามที่นายทะเบียนกลางประกาศกำหนด
มาตรา ๓๑ ให้บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทในรอบปี
ที่ผ่านมา ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนภายในเดือนมกราคมของปีถัดไป ทั้งนี้ ตามแบบและวิธีการที่นายทะเบียนกลาง
ประกาศกำหนด
มาตรา ๓๒ บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยซึ่งประสงค์จะเลิกประกอบธุรกิจในระหว่างอายุใบอนุญาต
ให้ยื่นคำขออนุญาตเลิกประกอบธุรกิจรักษาความปลอดภัยต่อนายทะเบียน
ในการอนุญาต นายทะเบียนจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ผู้ยื่นคำขอปฏิบัติด้วยก็ได้

มาตรา ๓๓ ผู้ใดประสงค์จะทำหน้าที่เป็นพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาต ต้องได้รับ

การขอรับใบอนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาตให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
