1. กำหนดให้ทาง Supplier ส่งผลการตรวจสอบสารต้องห้ามภายในผลิตภัณฑ์ (SOC) ให้กับทางแผนกจัดซื้อทำการตรวจสอบก่อนการซื้อขายในผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นๆ
2. แผนกจัดซื้อทำการตรวจสอบผลสารต้องห้ามภายในผลิตภัณฑ์ (SOC) ตามใบ Certificate เทียบกับมาตรฐานที่ลูกค้ากำหนด
3. กรณีที่ไม่พบสารต้องห้ามภายในผลิตภัณฑ์
- ให้ทำการตรวจสอบตามระยะเวลาที่ลูกค้ากำหนดทกรณีพบสารต้องห้ามภายในผลิตภัณฑ์
- ทำการตรวจสอบผลการทดสอบเกินค่าที่ลูกค้ากำหนดหรือไม่
- ถ้าไม่เกินค่าที่ลูกค้ากำหนดให้ส่งผลการตรวจสอบสารต้องห้ามภายในผลิตภัณฑ์ (SOC) ในครั้งต่อไปตามช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้ากำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดเก็บเอกสาร
- ถ้าพบสารต้องห้ามเกินค่าที่กำหนดให้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยน Material ใหม่ หรือเปลี่ยน Supplier รายใหม่ และทำการตรวจสอบใหม่อีกครั้ง
