โครงการได้ดำเนินขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานกรณีเกิดข้อร้องเรียน ซึ่งระบุผู้รับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม/ข้อร้องเรียน นอกจากนี้ยังกำหนดแนวทางการติดต่อสื่อสารทั้งภายใน-ภายนอกโครงการ รวมถึงแนวทางรับ-ตอบกลับข้อร้องเรียนจากบุคลากรภายนอก ดังแสดงในรูปที่ 2.10-1 จากปัญหาเรื่องข้อร้องเรียนที่เกิดจากการดำเนินโครงการและสามารถนำข้อร้องเรียนที่เกิดขึ้นมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการแก้ไขได้ทันท่วงทีหากเกิดปัญหาจากการดำเนินการของโครงการ

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

The project has implemented procedures for birth dispute cases. Which identifies who is responsible to fix environmental problems/complaints. It also defines guidelines for both internal communication exterior projects-including guidelines-reply to external personnel complaints. As shown in Figure 2.10-1 issues from complaints arising from the project, and can bring the complaint occurred need to fix it if a problem occurs with the situation from the execution of the project.
