7.) นำหมูที่หั่นไปผัดกับเครื่องเทศ โดยผัดจนหมูสุก แล้วใส่ซีฮิ้วขาวน้ำตาลและน้ำปลารอจนเดือดยกลงใส่หม้อ
8.) ตั้งไฟแรง เติมน้ำใส่หม้อพอท่วมเครื่องพะโล้ รอจนน้ำเดือด
9.) ใส่เต้าหู้ที่เตรียมเอาไว้ แล้วลดไฟลง ตุ๋นต่อไปประมาณอีก 2 ชั่วโมง จนกว่าหมู จะเปื่อย
10.) นำไข่เป็ดต้มใส่หม้อพะโล้ แล้วต้มอีกสักพักประมาณ 10 นาที แล้วยกออก
11.) ทิ้งไว้ให้เครื่องพะโล้ซืมเข้าเนื้อหมูและเนื้อไข่ จนดูเป็นสีน้ำตาลอาจจะใช้เวลา ประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมง
