ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการคืนสินค้า/บริการ อันเนื่องมาจากสาเหตุต่างๆ โปรแกรมสามารถรับคืนสินค้าและคืนเงินให้แก่ลูกค้าได้ โดยเริ่มจากให้ผู้ใช้ไปที่หน้า “POS” จากนั้นให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม โปรแกรมจะแสดงหน้าจอ “Return Options” ซึ่งจะมีรายการให้เลือกอยู่ 3 รายการ ดังรูป 2.76
