การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาเสื้อกั๊กเสาน้ำเกลือ 2. เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของเสื้อกั๊กเสาน้ำเกลือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชาย จำนวน 5 คน และ ผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
