การศึกษาเรื่องการแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดส่งสินค้าผิด กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอเจ ออโตโมทีฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบกระบวนการดำเนินงานภายในคลังสินค้า 2. เพื่อศึกษาถึงแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดส่งสินค้าผิดและการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า 3. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางลดความผิดพลาดในการทำงานของพนักงานคลังสินค้าของบริษัท เอเจ ออโตโมทีฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท เอเจ ออโต โมทีฟ ประเทศไทย จำกัด เกิดจากปัญหาด้านการรับสินค้า การจัดเก็บสินค้า และความผิดพลาดของพนักงานคลังสินค้า (HUMAN ERROR) จากปัญหาดังกล่าว จึงได้มีการนำแนวคิดการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์มาใช้ในกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้า ด้วยวิธีการฝึกอบรม แบบการเรียนการสอนในการปฏิบัติงานจริง เรื่องของแผนการทำงาน ขั้นตอนการทำงาน และให้ความรู้ในเรื่องของตัวสินค้า การสอนการอ่านรายละเอียดบนป้ายฉลากสินค้าและจัดตารางเวลาการทำงาน ซึ่งหลังจากที่มีการนำแนวคิดการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ส่งผลทำให้ปัญหาที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดในการทำงานลดลง การจัดส่งสินค้าผิดลดลง และยังเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการในคลังสินค้าอีกด้วย
