Regarding to the above mentioned proforma invoice, Lee Pattana Agro Silo Co., Ltd have made a contract 96 MT of wheat flour for shrimp feed,
the total amount USD 30,240.00 with Karahan Degirmencilik. The cargoes were delivered to our factory on September 27, 2016.
Our QC inspected cargoes and found that there is quality problem. Our analysis report shown average protein at 10.68% and average gluten 30.72% which are lower than our specification.
Then we have send the samples to re-checked with Third party laboratory, the result shown in the same direction, average protein 10.79% and average gluten at 30.76%.

Therefore, we have noticed this problem to Karahan Degirmencilik to find out causes and solutions, but until now there is no obvious proceeding by Karahan Degirmencilik. Meanwhile, there is no shipment status advice of two pending shipments which already reached the deadline to ship. Actually, these two shipments must be delivered to our factory within 3rd week and 4th week of November. If these 2 pending shipment are not delivered to our factory on time, we might lack of stock and need to adjust plan to buy from other suppliers instead which can increase our cost. There is USD 96 /MT of the differential cost. Besides the first shipment found quality problem and still not resolve, we might require to make a claim for these differential cost as well.
