The research aims to study the behavior of innovation and aggressive behavior among engineers with the positive trend and the different affiliated organizations. The samples consist of engineers, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand office in Mae Moh power plant. Solms and 273 people sampling done using random stratified proportional. (Proportional stratified sampling) were used in this research include. Demographic questionnaire Measure the positive trends Behavior Scale Innovation And aggressive behavior The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (descriptive statistics) to describe the personal characteristics of the sample. And multiple one-way analysis of variance (one-way MANOVA) to test the hypothesis of the research
results revealed that
one. Engineers with the positive trends vary. Innovation is behaving differently. Statistical significance (P <.01)

3. Engineers with agencies under different innovation behaviors did not differ
