KP students knew about Water biological fermentation from food leftovers. After the surveyed more than 65% of KP students knew about Water biological fermentation from food leftovers. Before the survey some of students were able to answer about Water biological fermentation from food leftovers only a few อย่าง of
ASEAN such as Thailand and Loa. However, they thought that Som Tom was the National
dishes of Loa and Pad Thai Was National dishes of Thailand. After we gave them
brochures which shows pictures and names of 10 National Dishes of ASEAN. They
understood more than before. Some of them they had ever eaten before but they didn’t
know them. Because in Thailand, there were a lot of food in many countries.
