การวิจัยเรื่องความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อลานจอดรถในมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี
ปีการศึกษา 2558 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อลานจอดรถในมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความพึงพอใจกับปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้ลานจอดรถมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ปีการศึกษา 2558 แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ได้แก่ตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อลานจอดรถมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะ โดยผู้วิจัยทำการแจกแบบสอบถามไปยังนักศึกษาภายในมหาวิทยาลัย และได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับมา จำนวน 354 ฉบับ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเก็บ รวบรวมแบบสอบถาม ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ถึง 20 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ข้อมูลที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งหมด ด้วยโปรแกรมคำนวณสำเร็จรูปด้วย เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ จำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้ลานจอดรถในมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 193 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.5 ซึ่งมีอายุ 20 – 30 ปี จำนวน 177 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.4 ตามลำดับ มีการศึกษาอยู่ในคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35 มากที่สุดตามลำดับ การสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อลานจอดรถในมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี พบว่า ผู้ตอบ แบบสอบถามมีระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้ลานจอดรถ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง และความพึงพอใจรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความปลอดภัย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้รับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด และด้านลานจอดรถ ด้านความสะอาดของลานจอดรถ ตามลำดับ ความแตกต่าง จำแนกตามเพศภาพรวม ทั้งเพศชายและหญิง มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้ลานจอดรถไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาโดยรวม ที่มีอายุ 20-30 ปี แตกต่างกับ 41 ปีขึ้นไป และอายุ 31-40 ปี แตกต่างกับ อายุ 41 ปีขึ้นไป แตกต่างกัน ตามลำดับ ภาพรวมจำแนกตามคณะ พบว่า คณะบริหารธุรกิจ และการบัญชี แตกต่าง คณะรัฐศาสตร์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม คณะนิติศาสตร์ แตกต่างกับ คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี แตกต่างกับ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ แตกต่างกับ คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม แตกต่างกัน ตามลำดับ ด้านภาพรวมจำแนกตามชั้นปี พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา ชั้นปีที1 แตกต่างกับ ปีที่2 ปีที่3 ปีที่ 3 แตกต่างกับ ปีที่ 4
