• ค่าไฟฟ้าหน่วยละ 5-7 บาท จดวันเข้าอยู่............................................หน่วย
• ระยะเวลาในการคิดค่าเช่าแต่ละเดือน คือวันที่ 26 เดือนนี้ - วันที่ 25 เดือนหน้า
• ถ้าผู้เช่าทำสัญญาเช่าหลังจากวันที่ 26 เดือนนี้ ทางผู้ให้เช่าจะคิดเป็นรายวัน จนถึงวันที่ 25 เดือนหน้า (วันละ 175 บาท )
• ในการเข้าพักอาศัย ผู้ให้เช่าจะมอบกุญแจห้องพัก 1 ดอก หน้าต่างเหล็กดัด 1 ดอก และประตูรั้วบ้าน 1 ดอก หากทำหายต้องเสียค่าปรับ กุญแจห้องพักดอกละ 300 บาท หน้าต่าง 100 บาท ประตูรั้ว 500 บาท
• เมื่อครบสัญญาเช่า ผู้เช่าจะต้องย้ายออกภายในวันที่ 25 ของเดือนนั้น หากผู้เช่ายังอยู่ต่อ ผู้ให้เช่าจะคิดค่าเช่าเป็นรายวันตามจำนวนวันที่อยู่ แต่ต้องไม่เกินสิ้นเดือนนั้น
• เมื่อผู้เช่าอยู่ครบตามสัญญาและย้ายออกไปแล้ว ผู้เช่าจะรับเงินคืน(ถ้ามี) ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ของเดือนถัดไป
