การศึกษาเรื่อง “คุณภาพการให้บริการด้านสวัสดิการต่อพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในองค์การคลังสินค้า” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านสวัสดิการต่อพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ 2)เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะด้านสวัสดิการกับคุณภาพการให้บริการต่อพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ 3)เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการด้านสวัสดิการต่อพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในองค์การคลังสินค้าประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็น พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ในองค์การคลังสินค้า จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 376 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูล ดังนี้ 1)ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ (Primary Data) ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การคลังสินค้าโดยการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตัวเอง พร้อมทั้งชี้แจงรายละเอียดให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเข้าใจถึงวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำแบบสอบถามและการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล แล้วรอให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจนแล้วเสร็จก่อนจึงเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกลับ 2)ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ (Secondary Data) ได้จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหนังสือ เอกสาร ตำรา งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำมาเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นและสนับสนุนการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติในกรณีแบบสอบถามมีข้อคำถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย (x) เป็นตัวสถิติเพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เก็บมาได้จากจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมด ค่าเฉลี่ย (x) ที่คำนวณได้จะมีทศนิยม 2 ตำแหน่ง ตามเกณฑ์การแปลความหมายเพื่อจัดระดับค่าเฉลี่ยออกเป็นช่วง
