ถ้าผู้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัยเสียชีวิตลง ผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมของผู้เอาประกันภัยจะต้องแจ้งให้บริษัททราบโดยเร็วภายใน 14 วัน นับแต่วันเสียชีวิต เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนไม่ทราบว่ามีการประกันภัย ในกรณีเช่นนี้จะต้องแจ้งให้บริษัททราบภายใน 7 วัน นับแต่วันที่ทราบถึงความตายหรือวันที่ทราบว่ามีการประกันภัย
