ข. ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 1 ปี แต่ไม่ครบ 3 ปี จ่ายในอัตราค่าจ้างสุดท้าย 90 วัน
ค. ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 3 ปี แต่ไม่ครบ 6 ปี จ่ายในอัตราค่าจ้างสุดท้าย 180 วัน
ง. ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 6 ปี แต่ไม่ครบ 10 ปี จ่ายในอัตราค่าจ้างสุดท้าย 240 วัน
จ. ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 10 ปีขึ้นไป จ่ายในอัตราค่าจ้าง สุดท้าย 300 วัน
