มาตรา14 รถใดที่จดทะเบียนแล้ว ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวรถหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของรถให้ผิดไปจากรายการที่จดทะเบียนไว้และใช้รถนั้น เว้นแต่เจ้าของรถนํารถไปให้นายทะเบียนตรวจสภาพก่อน
