การพัฒนาแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนในการเรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนาภาคใต้ 2 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสตูล ปีการศึกษา 2552 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 28 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 23 แผน แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 5 เล่ม
แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 20 ข้อ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนในการเรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ จำนวน 10 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ค่าประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีประสิทธิภาพ 83.00/82.33 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ที่กำหนด 80/80 เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานข้อ 1 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 พบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวม หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (มากกว่าร้อยละ 25) 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนหลังเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เศษส่วน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก
