2 ในเวลา 14.30 น. ทางฝ่ายอาคารจะห้ามรถทุกคันขับรถออกจากอาคาร และหากท่านขับรถจะเข้าอาคารในเวลาดังกล่าวจะถูกห้ามไม่ให้ขึ้นในอาคาร
3 สัญญาณจะดังในอาคารและสำนักงาน และเตรียมพร้อมอพยพเมื่อ ออดดังขึ้น โดยพรทิพย์และ นาวีจะเป็นตัวแทนของ Security officer
4. ให้พนักงานทุกคนเดินออกไปทางประตูหนีไฟ และไปรวมตัวกันที่ชั้น P9 แล้วจะเดินลงทางลานจอดรถจนถึงชั้นล่างไปหน้าอาคารรัจนาการ
