มาตราที่สำคัญต่อความรับผิดชอบของผู้ขนส่งที่มีต่อผู้ส่งสินค้าและสินค้า
ประเด็นที่สำคัญของพระราชบัญญัติฯนี้ สำหรับผู้ส่งออก ก็คือ เรื่องความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งที่มีต่อการชดเชยความเสียหายแก่เจ้าของสินค้า โดยสาระสำคัญที่เกี่ยวกับความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งมีดังนี้
• ความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่ง (มาตรา 39-50)
