ช่วงเวลา วันเข้าพรรษา แรม ๑ ค่ำ เดือน ๘ แล้ว ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นวาระมงคลที่พุทธศาสนิกชน จะมาพร้อมกันเพื่อถวายดอกเข้าพรรษาแก่พระภิกษุสงฆ์ เพื่อนำไปสักการะแด่พระเจดีย์จุฬามณี ตามความเชื่อดั้งเดิม
