การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอสบเมย เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอนเขต 2 ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอสบเมย เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอนเขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการสร้างและสานวิสัยทัศน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ ด้านแบบแผนความคิดอ่าน อยู่ในระดับมาก อันดับต่อมามีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันคือ ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมและด้านความคิดเชิงระบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศ อยู่ในระดับมาก
ข้อเสนอแนะพบว่า องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในอำเภอสบเมย เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอนเขต 2 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามให้ข้อเสนอแนะ ที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุดสามอันดับอยู่ที่ ด้านเทคโนโลยี คือ โรงเรียนมีเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอกับต้องการที่จะเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนและบุคลากร ในโรงเรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.67รองลงมา ระบบ Internet ช้า ทำให้ไม่สามารถตอบสนองด้านการค้นคว้าหาความรู้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.33 และ โรงเรียนขาดแคลนงบประมาณที่จะสนับสนุนในด้านนี้ ควรมีการประสานกับชุมชน ผู้ปกครองเพื่อจัดหางบประมาณหรือการขอรับบริจาคจากหน่วยงานอื่นๆ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.33 ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ ที่มีค่าความถี่ต่ำสุดอยู่ที่ ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรใน
