On Chuseok, which takes place on the 15 th Day of the 8 th lunar month under a full moon, people enjoy traditional games such as dancing, tug-of-war, and Ssireum (Hangul: ᄊ .ᄅ winning his,Korean wrestling match) .People also perform traditional rituals such as Charye (Hangul: ᄎ 김응산 ᄅ ᅨ) in respect and remembrance of their ancestors.
